I help innovators develop sustainable, mission-driven communities.

Stakeholder Discovery & Development

One of the most critical aspects of building a new service is the design and implementation of pass/fail experiments that test whether your product solves the right problem for the right customer at the right time.

Discovery & Development Sprints are an efficient way to help product and business development teams get aligned about customer segments, who the best customers are, and what they want to pay for.
